FREE ROOF INSPECTIONS
A free roof inspection, with the photos to prove it
One of our project managers climbs your roof, photographs what is there, and sits down with you to go through every picture. No charge for the visit.
Chapter 01
What we look at when we are up there
The inspection starts with the roof covering itself: the overall condition of your shingles, tiles or whatever material is on the house. We are looking for cracked, curled, lifted or missing pieces, and for the wear that tells you how much life is left.
From there we check for leaks, water damage and mold, because the stain in your ceiling is rarely where the water got in. Then the edges: gutters, downspouts and drainage, so we can see whether water is leaving the roof the way it should.
The last pass is the small stuff that causes big problems. Flashing, vents, chimneys and every other penetration through the roof are where seals fail first, and they are easy to miss from the ground.

What you get when we come down
You get a detailed report of our findings, including photographs and recommendations, so you are not left guessing about what is up there.
Your project manager goes through the photos with you, one at a time, so you see what we saw instead of taking our word for it. If the damage turns out to be an insurance matter, those photos are the starting point, and we explain the next step on our roof insurance claims page.
You can trust our recommendations. We treat each home like it is our own, and we will never have you fix anything unnecessary.
Chapter 03
When to book one
After a storm is the obvious time. Hail, wind and falling limbs can damage a roof without leaving anything you can see from the yard, and UV and heat will keep working on materials that are already compromised. Booking soon after a hailstorm in Springdale, Rogers or Bentonville keeps small problems small. See our storm damage repairs for what happens next.
Selling a house is another good reason. One homeowner told us their realtor recommended Superior when they needed quick work before listing, and that someone showed up within two hours of the contact and had the fix scheduled two days later.
Beyond that, an inspection makes sense as routine maintenance, or before you buy a home and want to know what the roof is hiding. If you would rather ask a person first, call the office at the number below.
Inspections are free of charge. Call (479) 684-6060, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, or request a visit on our schedule page. 4211 Dixie Industrial Ave, Springdale, AR.

- Signs of leaks, water damage and mold
- Gutters, downspouts and drainage
