Tell us where the house is and what you are seeing. One of our Project Managers comes out, climbs the roof, and photographs everything from the shingles to the flashing. Then they sit down with you and go through every photo, so you see exactly what we saw.
You get a written report with those photographs and our recommendations, and the visit costs you nothing. If it turns out to be a hail or storm claim, we are the ones who talk you through it. Our office in Springdale answers the phone Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and we serve homes and commercial buildings across Northwest Arkansas. Prefer to see what is covered first? The office is open Monday to Friday, so a request sent over the weekend waits for Monday morning. Three steps from first call to finished roof
Consultation
Call us, book an appointment online, or fill out the contact form to get one of our Project Managers out to your home. You will have access to all the photos from your assessment, and your PM will go through them with you.
Craft a Plan
Time for insurance. Don't worry, we'll be right by your side to talk you through filing the claim. Then we'll meet with the adjuster to get a recommendation. Once we receive the estimate (within 7-10 days), we'll meet with you to talk through the repairs and prepare a timeline.
