COMMERCIAL ROOFS
Commercial roofing that keeps your building working
New roofs, repairs, inspections and maintenance for Northwest Arkansas commercial buildings, planned around the business under the roof.
Chapter 01
Metal, built-up and single-ply systems
A commercial roof is not a bigger version of a house roof. Flat and low-slope buildings are covered with different systems, and we install and repair the common ones: metal roofing, built-up roofing and single-ply membranes, along with other commercial options.
You can see the result in our own work. A large industrial building with a new white flat single-ply roof. A two-storey brick apartment building with a new grey shingle roof and the rooftop condensers working around it. Different buildings, different systems, one standard.
Which system fits depends on the building, its slope, what sits on the roof and how long you plan to own it. A Project Manager looks at the roof, photographs it and walks you through what he or she found before anything is priced.

Roofing around a running business
Tenants, customers and staff do not stop showing up because the roof is being worked on. We plan commercial jobs for minimal disruption to your operations, and we talk through the schedule with you before the crew arrives rather than after.
When something fails fast, such as a storm opening a section of the roof, the first priority is securing the building. Our emergency roofing services start with protecting the property so water stays out of your inventory, equipment and ceilings while the permanent repair is planned.
The crew that shows up is our own. We vertically integrate our roofing crews, so the people on your roof are not strangers handed the job by a subcontractor.
Chapter 03
Maintenance plans for the roof as an asset
For a building owner, a roof is a line on the balance sheet that nobody wants to see spike. Preventative maintenance plans and regular inspections are how you keep that line predictable. Small problems at seams, flashing and penetrations get found while they are still small repairs.
We also inspect commercial roofs for specific moments: after a storm, before you buy a building, or when a tenant reports a stain on the ceiling. You get a detailed report with photographs and recommendations, not a verbal guess.
Property owners with homes, rentals and commercial buildings use us across all three. One repeat customer put it plainly, saying we are always prompt, always on budget and do exceptional work.
Licensed for the big jobs
Superior Roofing holds Arkansas contractor licence #0421140427, a commercial licence with an unlimited bid limit. That matters on commercial work, where the size of a project can outrun a contractor's licence long before it outruns their crew.
The licence covers roofing, roof decks, roofing sheet metal, skylights, siding, soffit, facia and gutters, which means the envelope work around your roof can be handled under one roof of its own: ours. We are based at 4211 Dixie Industrial Ave in Springdale and serve commercial clients across Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville and the rest of Northwest Arkansas.
