EMERGENCY REPAIRS

Emergency roof repairs for Northwest Arkansas homes and buildings

A limb through the shingles, a roof peeled back by wind, water coming through a ceiling. We secure the property first, then fix the roof.

Chapter 01

Secure the property before anything else

When a roof is open to the weather, the first job is not an estimate. It is stopping more water from getting in. Our crew puts temporary roof coverings over the exposed areas, tarped and fastened so the next rain runs off the cover instead of through your ceiling.

That one step is what separates a repair bill from a repair bill plus a ceiling, insulation, flooring and a mold problem. Tarping is not the repair, and we will tell you plainly that it is a stopgap. It buys the time to do the permanent work properly instead of in a hurry.

The same applies to commercial buildings, where a roof opening can shut down a floor of tenants or a warehouse of stock. The crew treats it with the same priority.

Trucks stocked to fix it on the spot

Our own line on this: “Our vehicles are fully stocked with the necessary tools and materials to handle most emergency repairs on the spot.” That matters because a crew that has to leave for a supply run is a crew that leaves your roof open for another few hours.

The emergency work we do covers four things: leak repairs where water is actively coming in, storm damage repairs after hail, wind or falling debris, temporary roof coverings, and structural stabilization when a section of the roof or decking has been compromised and needs support before anything else happens to it.

Once the roof is safe, the permanent repair is planned with the same Project Manager who came out for the emergency. If the cause was a storm, the photos taken at that first visit are the start of your insurance documentation, which we explain on our roof insurance claims page.

Chapter 03

How to reach us, and when

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, at 4211 Dixie Industrial Ave in Springdale. The number is (479) 684-6060, and it is the only number on our trucks, our trailers and this website.

We put it this way on our emergency page: “Our dedicated team is on standby 24/7 to respond to your roofing emergencies.” Call and tell us what you are looking at: a hole, a leak, a missing section. We will tell you what we can do and how soon, and we will not tell you the roof is fine when it is not.

If a leak is slow and steady rather than urgent, our roof leak repairs page explains how we find the source before we patch it.
