Our crew, start to finish

No strangers will have hands on your home.

Superior vertically integrated the company and the roofing crew. The people who tear off your old roof are the same people who answer for the new one, and every roof on this page is one of theirs.

How it works

From the first photo to the final sweep of the yard.

Most roof jobs in Northwest Arkansas start with hail or wind and end with an insurance check. This is how Superior runs the part in between.

  1. Consultation

Call (479) 684-6060, book online or send the form, and a Project Manager comes to the house. You get every photo from the assessment, and your PM goes through them with you, shingle by shingle.

  2. Craft a plan

Time for insurance. Superior talks you through filing the claim, meets the adjuster with you and gets a recommendation. When the estimate arrives, usually within 7 to 10 days, you sit down together to go over the repairs and set a timeline.

  3. Enjoy your new roof

The in-house crew comes out and does the work, cleans up the property and leaves. You get the roof the photos promised, from the company that took them.

A 43-square hail claim

Their Project Manager handled the insurance back-and-forth. The crew worked past dark, then walked the grass and flower beds with headlamps picking up nails.

“At the end of a very long day, these guys were literally on their hands and knees in the dark, with head lights & flashlights, going through our grass and flower beds picking up stray roofing nails and debris. That tells you a lot about how they approach their work.”
Branden Sharp · Google review, 5 stars

A fix-up before a house sale

Recommended by the sellers' realtor. On site within two hours, repairs scheduled two days later, final invoice under the estimate.

“He showed up within 2 hours of the contact, provided useful feedback, and was able to schedule the fix ups for two days later. The work was started and finished on time and looks great ... and the final invoice was significantly below the estimate.”
Don Winfield · Google review, 5 stars

A hail roof the insurer paid for

The photos and documentation from the inspection carried the claim. The roof was replaced and paid for by insurance.

“He worked professionally and conscientiously with our insurance company to get our new roof replaced and paid for by them. The photos and information he supplied proved beyond a doubt it had severe hail damage.”
Linda Huber · Google review, 5 stars
